With every purchase or installation, we want you to feel confident in us and what we provide, that’s why, since 2006, we’ve offered a Lifetime Limited Warranty when you decided to choose our company for your window, door, and awning needs.

Madison Window & Doors Lifetime Limited Warranty
Effective 06/20/2019
Madison Window & Doors warrants the following to the original purchaser of the Madison Vinyl Replacement Window:
Single and Multi-Family Home Unit: Madison Window & Doors guarantees to the original consumer purchaser (Original Purchaser) of Madison Vinyl Windows or Doors (hereafter referred to as products) installed in a single or multi-family home unit by the builder as new construction of replacement, that Madison Window & Doors will repair or replace any such Products that are defective in materials or workmanship and will pay the costs of all parts and labor. If repair is not commercially practical or cannot timely be made, then Madison Window & Doors will, as its option, either replace any defective Product or refund the purchase price. *NOTE: The warranty does not cover windows and doors that are sold for the following use: commercial buildings, government buildings, schools, and churches. Product used in these types of installations will be warranted from the (10) years from original purchase date of the Product.
Transfer of Warranty: This warranty is transferable one time only by the original single or multi-family homeowner to a successor owner of the property.
Vinyl: Madison LIFETIME Vinyl warrants that the vinyl sash and frame are warranted against chipping, peeling, pitting, flaking or blistering.
Glass: Your Madison Window & Doors offer a LIFETIME warranty against accidental glass breakage.
Screens: Screens are LIFETIME warranted against defects in material, limited to providing you with new screen materials and/or frame or spline for any manufacturing defect in the screen.
Labor: Madison Window & Doors offers a LIFETIME warranty on labor and will, at its discretion, repair or replace any defective part or component at no charge to you for as long as you own and occupy the home in which the products were installed.
Repair/Replacement Procedure: This warranty is limited to Madison Window & Doors, as it is our option, to repair and/or replace defective parts (color matching not guaranteed) in lieu of repair or replacement. Madison Window & Doors, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to refund the amount paid by the original Single-family homeowner for the product (excluding installation cost).
Product Changes: Madison Window & Doors reserves the right to discontinue or change any Product. If the part or component of the product originally installed is not available and Madison Window & Doors determines a replacement is needed, Madison Window & Doors shall have the right to substitute such part or component with a part or component of equal quality and price.
Limitation of Remedies: THIS EXPRESS WARRANTY IS IN LIEU OF ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. MADISON WINDOW & DOORS EXCLUDES AND WILL NOT PAY FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONDEQUENTIAL DAMAGES AND ITS LIABILITY WILL IN ALL INSTANCES BE LIMITED TO REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT OR REFUND OF THE ACTUAL PURCHASE PRICE OF THE DEFECTIVE PRODUCT.
Exclusions: Every effort is made to ensure that your new Madison Window & Doors windows are doors remain trouble-free year after year. Of course, some items are beyond Madison Window & Doors’ control and are not covered by this warranty.
The following items are not covered by this warranty:
– Improper installation, use or maintenance
– Small scratches, marks, slight glass curvature or other minor imperfections in the glass or vinyl
– Water infiltrations other than as a result of a defect in manufacturing or materials
– Normal wear and tear (ex. Natural fading)- Incidental or consequential damage
– Damage caused by earthquakes, floods, wind, fires, explosions or other “acts of God” – Damage caused by misuse, house settling or vandalism
– Any costs associated with the use of scaffolding or lifts
Condensation, Mold & Mildew: Condensation on the glass is a natural result of excessive moisture in the house and does not indicate a defective product or fault installation. Maintaining proper household humidity levels may prevent problems such as mold, mildew, and related health risks. If no event shall Madison Window & Doors be liable for any damages, including special incidental or consequential damages, resulting from condensation, mold, or mildew.
IF YOU BECOME AWARE OF PERSISTENT CONDENSATION ON YOUR WINDOWS, YOU SHOULD TAKE IMMEDIATE REMEDIAL ACTION TO PREVENT WATER, MOLD, AND/OR MILDEW DAMAGE TO YOUR PROPERTY AND POTENTIAL HEALTH RISKS.
